Plain language primer

At Health in Common we know that clear writing takes practice. Earlier this month we sat down with Jeremy Johnson, a Winnipeg-based literacy guru, to talk about plain language. We learned how to create documents that everyone can read. We even tackled our own work and put our new skills of writing and clear design to the test.

Does your organization try to keep things readable and easy to understand? How does a plain language approach work for your business? We’d love to hear from you.
