Welcome to the team, monica!

We are pleased to welcome Monica Schroeder, a new Planning and Evaluation Facilitator to our team.  Monica has worked with various community organizations, focusing on social enterprise and food security programs in Toronto for ten years before returning to Manitoba in 2014.  She recently completed a graduate certificate in Non-Profit Management from Trinity Western University with a focus on organizational capacity development. Monica likes connecting what’s happening at ground level to an organization’s ability to grow and develop their vision and is excited about bringing this to her work at Health in Common!
