Let’s admit it. Winter can be darn dreary.

Break up the monotony and join us for HiC training! We’ll be sharing the HiC 2020 training calendar très soon so, keep those eyes and ears open.

In the meantime, our first training is happening this month on January 30th.
Join us for: What’s Different? Measuring Change using Pre/Post Data Collection Tools

Want to know what has changed for your program participants or clients? A pre/post survey can help you understand and measure changes before and after program intervention.

Learning outcomes:

  • Learn about traditional pre-post vs retrospective pre-post surveys and the advantages / disadvantages of both
  • Use a checklist to help choose an approach, design and implement tools to measure change
  • Apply good design principles to enhance validity and ensure tools are accessible and appropriate to the desired audience
  • See how to use Excel to enter data, analyze and report results

Who should attend: People who deliver, monitor or evaluate programs (e.g., Program staff, coordinators, managers).
