Calling All Leaders

As a leader, you build your organization’s planning and evaluation culture – developing a shared direction, aligning efforts and sharing results.

Leading4Impact is a co-learning opportunity designed to increase your ability to plan, implement and sustain organizational planning and evaluation practices.

Leading4Impact equips you with change management knowledge, theories and approaches to effectively guide planning and evaluation initiatives.

Focused on strengthening your organization’s planning and evaluation culture, Leading4Impact will explore:

  • how change impacts, and is affected by, individuals and organizations
  • how to unlock resistance to change
  • how to support and motivate individuals and teams

Our next cohort runs October 2020-March 2021.

Check it out, we’d love to have you join us.

Change Management Practitioner Certification

As change is inevitable, we need to develop our ability to deal with it – before, during and after it happens.

Developed in partnership with the Change Management Institute, APMG Change Management certification is designed to equip you with knowledge, theories and approaches to implement successful change initiatives.

You will explore how change affects, and is affected by, individuals, teams, organizations and change leaders; helping those responsible for change initiatives:

  • unlock resistance to change
  • provide effective support and motivation to individuals and teams to navigate change
  • draw from a range of approaches to implement change smoothly and effectively
  • manage and inform key stakeholders throughout the change process
  • speed up the implementation of change initiatives

Our next offering runs October 26 – 30, 2020.
