Executive Director Exchange

As some of you may have heard and effective this fall, Rhonda Lorch is no longer facilitating workshops or training opportunities. Over the years, her workshops have allowed many of us – Executive Directors and Board of Directors alike –  the opportunity to do our work better. Recognizing the gap this will leave in the not-for-profit world, and with the help of Rhonda, we are delighted to announce that we’re expanding our training services to include her popular Executive Director Exchange.

The ED Exchange provides a space where you can share challenges and learn from other EDs. Participation will include brainstorming solutions and practical ways of dealing with common problems, sharing best practices and supporting one another to work through issues. You will also take away some great resources, templates and tools to use in your organization – bonus!

Our first ED Exchange will take place over four half-day sessions (November 7, 21, December 5, & 12, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM) with lots of opportunity for networking, accessing resources and sharing ideas. Register today!
