Preparing to Evaluate

Prior to evaluating an initiative, Health in Common will work with an organization to:

• Assess existing evaluation capacity and needs
• Facilitate skill development
• Plan the evaluation (framework, budget, timeline etc.)
• Identify and/or develop tools
• Address ethical considerations
